Q: What’s your bike quality situation?A: It is the fact what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes even in European market, closing to the A-brand in the world. All the electric bicycles we manufactured is basically according to present EU/US Standard. It varies according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries.Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM customer’s orders?A: Yes, we can make the bicycle according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request, provided if our MOQ for OEM term is accetable. For customers identified as senior, we can provide them with the quick service from 3D design to final products.Q: I want to order a sample to check the qualityA: We welcome you to order samples to check our quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our factory, it takes 3-4 weeks to get the sample bikes ready, after receipt of your full payment.You can also take sample bikes from our ready or future inventory in China and our EU/US warehouse. But many of our customers start with bulk order with us, which prove greatly successful and both time and fund have been greatly saved.Q: What is your minimum order quantity?A: Usually, for an OEM order direct from our China factory , we request for a normal order by 1X40ft HQ container to start. The models and colors can be mixed in this container. Usually, we request MOQ per model/color: 100pcs. We also keep some present and futures inventory, which is available in China and EU/US warehouse. For the stocks or futures inventory, there is no MOQ request.Q: How long is the delivery time for an order?A: In general, it takes about 60 days to get an order ready for an OEM order which meet our MOQ request. But this may require some additional or reduced time. It is depended on your actual quantity and the complexity of your order details. For example, if your order contains some details to be developed specifically for you, the delivery time may be longer; if your order is simple or avoid the peak ordering season, your delivery time may be shortened. If you order our existing stock, you can pick it up immediately after payment; if you order our future inventory, you may pick it up more quickly according to our production schedule.
