How long can I receive my bike?  If you choose the bikes that is in stock in our European warehouse ,The European union region delivery time is 2~9 business days .For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.  2. How can I pay for my order?  TransferT/T: We accept 40% T/T deposit before production and 60% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before production for sample orders.  3. Do you accept OEM customer’s orders?  Yes we can manufacture the bicycles according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request.  4. Can I order a sample to check your quality? You are welcomed to order samples to check our quality. It usually takes 4 weeks to get the sample bikes ready upon receipt of your full payment. Most of our customers started with bulk order with us, which proved greatly successful with great saving in both time and costs.  5. What is your minimum order quantity? 1X40ft HQ container to start for the OEM ordersmodels and colors can be mixed and MOQ of 50sets per model/color for normal orders. There’s no MOQ for stocks which need to be confirmed with us before placing order.  6. How long does it take to recharge the battery?  Charging the battery from empty to full typically takes 4~6 hours. In rare cases, it may take longer time to allow the battery management system to balance the battery, particularly when the bike is new or after long periods of storage.  7. What can I do if something goes wrong with the e-bike during the warranty?  We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. Please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem and help to solve the problems as quickly as possible. For the bulk orders, we can provide a certain proportion of the vulnerable accessories for free.  8.
